[Garden] Volunteers Needed for February 1 Event

Hello everyone,

Hopefully everyone had a great holiday and is enjoying the first snow day of the
year!  I wanted to put the word out that Food Not Bombs is holding their second
annual Food Awareness Day event in the SLC building on Thursday, February 1 from
10-3pm.  There will be lots of booths and a free lunch serving.  There will also
be a panel of speakers from 3:30-4:30 discussing the theme of "Local Growth".  

I have been asked if the UW Community Garden can have a booth there.  If a few
people could volunteer to assist with the booth that would be great - maybe we
could do one hour shifts??  I have to also watch the Regions Community Garden
booth so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
