Gardeners,
One of my interests is edible wild plants. It never
fails to amaze me how many supposed weeds are edible. Our garden is
home to lambsquarters (chenopodium album), thistles (not worth the
effort), pigweed (I'll dig up the correct name) and purslane (
http://www.wildmanstevebrill.com/Plants.Folder/Purslane.html ) to name
but a few. The biggest difficulty is not weeding the 'weeds'. Is anyone
else interested in sectioning off a small portion of the permanent plot
for a spot that will never need weeding?

-Jason
