[Garden] Artichokes!

I was at the garden on Sunday, and Maddy found artichokes on one of
the artichoke plants! Somebody bring a camera on Wednesday to take
pictures. Then somebody should pick the artichokes and eat them. 

Also we saw one of the fat groundhogs who have been turning our
zucchinis into dugout canoes. 

Also we forgot to water the tomatillo plant, which looked droopy.
Oops. I hope it does not die like the tomato plants are dying. (There
are still lots and lots of tomatoes, though -- many of which look like
they will be ripe for Wednesday.) 

Also we sacrificed one of the watermelons FOR SCIENCE and discovered
it was not ripe yet. Sidenote: it might be good if we get a knife for
the shed so that we don't need to use a hacksaw.

Also I recommend that we mound up the leeks soon so that they blanch.
