[Garden] Fall Term Business - Response needed

Hey y'all,

It's that super funky time of year when we are getting ready for fall 
term and all the jazz that goes along with that.

This is a good time of year to recruit some young'uns to action 
groups and being the wise, benevolent volunteer support coordinator I 
am (stop laughing), I'll tell you exactly what to do. The date, time 
and locale of the WPIRG Volunteer Meeting has been settled. It's 
happening 5:30pm, September 11th in the Lower Atrium of the Student 
Life Centre at UW. Having a rep there to talk about the Garden will 
be a great way to hook people. During the following week, I wanted us 
to set up action group meetings to make sure we keep the interest of 
the new recruits. It would be really cool if we could set up a 
meeting of the Garden for the week of Sept 15th to bring in the new 
people as soon as possible.

So, to sum everything up it would be awesome if we could establish 
who will be representing the Garden at the WPIRG volunteer meeting 
and set up a Garden meeting for the week of Sept 15th.

As well, it's that time of year that's good to do some spring 
cleaning with the mailing list. If your name is not listed below and 
you wish to remain on the list, please email me (evan at wpirg.org) by 
10am, Friday, August 29th.
