Shared Learnings: The Transition Experience

Saturday, November 15, 1:00 - 5:00pm

Trinity United Church, 21 Arthur Street, North, Elmira

Come meet experienced certified organic producers as they share their
experience with the transition process from what's involved with the
paper work and inspections to the problems and successes they have
had. Break-out groups will include: small scale produce; large-scale
produce; livestock; dairy; field crops; berries and orchards.



A tradeshow area will be set-up where you can meet certifiers and
local organizations working to advance the organic field and develop a
bio-regionally sustainable food system.

National Regulations
