[Garden] Refund

Gardeners,
                 It seems to be consensus that the garden wants its 
money back from the council's compost venture. I'll forward the news to 
the council and we should get a cheque, eventually. Since we're not an 
entity I propose that we have the cheque made out to WPIRG, and then 
they can cash the cheque and hold the money for us. This would mean that 
the re-fund is handled similarly to the way we already handle money from 
the Farmer's Market. So, what's the consensus on this plan?
