[Garden] Early planting

Do we want to meet on Sunday afternoon? Candace and I were at the garden
last night, and although the soil is still damp, I think up top where
Greg mentions is probably dry enough that we can work it reasonably
well. The bottom area is still quite muddy.
Also, either the ground hog has not woken up yet and cleared its' holes,
or it has found a new home :)
