[Garden] Early planting

Candace and I went on sunday. We filtered the compost and spread the
good stuff on the already planted beds. We turned over the bed nearest
the compost bin. We also rakes all of the paths so that the beds were a
little more defined.

A good task for the next group of people to go might be to clean out all
the rubbish and dead plants and such from the trees on either side of
the garden. There are lots of dead branches, overgrown dead weeds,
etc... I wonder if using the woodchips around the trees makes sense. I
don't think the paths need anymore. The carpet underneath seems to have
done a good job.
