Looks good Angela! Thanks for putting this together that is excellent. If
Thursday is better for others I don't need to be there, there are many
others who have been there the last 2 or 3 years and have a good idea of
what was planted where.
That would be awesome if you could get a rototiller!! I have no idea about
electricity there though, the group may have to scope that out on Thursday
(or whenever you meet).
Best,
Candace

Subject: [Garden] Rototiller - and Meeting
Hello Everyone
I have a friend that can potentially lend me their rototiller. It is
electrical. Is there a place at the garden where we can plug it in? Base
on the emails that have been going back and forth, I have started an agenda
for the meeting. Let me know if anything else should be added and I will
volunteer myself to keep track of the items for the agenda, but since I am
new to the group, that is probably all I can contribute. I also currently
have some time, not completely open, and could meet with the individual
doing the soil testing. I can potentially meet them either during the day
or in the evening. Base on the emails going back .....are we meeting on
Thursday or are we trying to find another time so that we can have Candace
and Greg attend. The forecast for Thursday, Friday and Saturday are
fantastic. I also suggest that we meet at the garden since those new to the
group can get an introduction and we could get some gardening done.
Potential Agenda
- garden tour and procedures for new members
- garden map
- planning the planting/rotation - Greg/Candace
- soil testing - Greg
- rototilling
- obtaining compost for the garden
- update on the plants in the green house - Stephanie??
- other prep needed for the beds? - weeding.
- funding
Hope this helps and looking forward to our Thursday meeting.
Cheers Angela
