[Garden] Touching base with UW Grounds

Gardeners,
                  I just had a chat with Les from UW grounds, the people 
who generously let us use the land, water, and tool shed.  Here's the 
executive summary.

-There are deer in the area. Last year we guessed at what could be 
eating our crops, Les has seen the deer. I will  be buying  some deer  
repelling flowers tonight.

-Please move the wood chips a.s.a.p. it doesn't need to be all at once, 
but the chips need to move soon.

-We can plant in our area, but no private plots are available until I 
get notice from Les. If anyone asks, the answer is no private planting yet.

- We do not have access to any more land than before.

- I will call and get locates for Gas, Hydro and Telephone done, 
someday. Until then, please do not put up the fence.
