[Garden] Seed list - please look at and decide what we need

Hi, all:
Here is an inventory of all the seed we have. Much of it has expired
(i.e. will probably have a low germination rate but can still be
planted). If there's anything missing here, respond back to the list,
as we need to order this stuff this week.
Things I think we should get:
Beefsteak Tomatoes
More leek seed - always good
Seed potatoes and onion sets
