Here are my suggestions:

more carrots
cilantro
salad mix
basil
squash - sweet dumpling;)!!
summer squash - sunburst hybrid?
brussel sprouts
brandywine tomatoes:)
sugar snap peas

Mmm, I'm getting excited already:)
