Hello WPIRGers,

Before everyone gets busy with mid-terms and the many events and 
meetings coming up in March, I wanted to take an opportunity to take 
care of some housekeeping stuff.

Reimbursement for Expenses

If you have an expense related to your work with an action group (and 
it was approved by consensus at that action group) be sure to bring 
in your receipts soon with an attached document very briefly 
outlining what it was for and we'll write you a reimbursement cheque.

Funding for Social Events

Just a reminder that every WPIRG action group has access to $40 in 
funding for end of term (or mid term) socials. Get in touch with me 
if you'd like the specifics on how to use it.

There will be more announcements and end of term info forthcoming. If 
there's anything you wanted to get in touch about (upcoming action 
group happenings for example), feel free to email, call or stop by 
the office.
