Usually I try to show up between 5:30pm and 6:00pm on Thursdays.

However, in between sending my first e-mail and this one I found out
that I have another appointment afternoon, so I probably won't be by
until 6:30pm or so. Other people might be there earlier, but I would
not count on it. 

Sunday people usually start meeting around 4pm. There's usually a more
consistent turnout then. 

All of this is weather permitting, of course. Also, nothing stops you
from taking some pictures on your own if you would like.
