[Garden] fencing materials

I was at the garden today, and noticed that some private plot members
may have took it upon themselves to use our fencing materials (ie: the
high quality 3 foot tall galvanized fencing). 

If anyone is at the garden and sees the private plot gardeners who have
this fencing around their plots, can you please ask them where they got
the fencing from. 

As it stood on Sunday, we had enough of the 3 foot galvanized fencing
(which was donated to us last year) to put a fence around the entire
garden. As of today, we are at least 30 feet short due to private plot
members taking it without consulting with us.

I think there is a surplus of little pieces of the 2 foot tall chicken
wire that I am personally willing to let the private plot gardeners use,
so perhaps if people see them there, they can recommend they put back
the 3 foot fencing, and use the small pieces of 2 foot chicken wire
instead.
