Hi Wendy,
Thanks for organizing this. I could volunteer to pick them up the week of
June 16th and 23rd (both Tuesdays). Would it be possible to leave it till
Wednesday and Sunday since these are already garden times? Maybe they
could tuck it behind the garbage bins or something so it is out of the way?
If not or if this is too much to organize I will make a trip out to get
them.
Thanks,
Candace

Subject: [Garden] food services compost donation
Ok, sorry for the vagueness of my previous posting on the matter, but I
think (?) I have a schedule worked out now...
We can pick up food scraps from food services tuesdays and thursdays around
3pm at the loading dock in Village 1. I can take care of this myself for
the most part but will be away from June 13-28th, and will thus not be able
to make pick-ups those two weeks. So unless I have a guarantee from someone
who can pick up stuff on all or some of those four days (June 16,18,23,&
25), I'll just tell them to hold off till I return. Pick ups consist of two
to four buckets of stuff, so it might be handy to have a vehicle, bike
trailor, or a few unsuspecting friends to bring along. I just rinse out the
buckets and bring them back next time I pick stuff up.
If anyone has time to help out while I'm away let me know!
- Wendy
