[Garden] 2 Locates: G-Tel Engineering -- Ticket # 9232420

These are two of the locates. Another two should come tomorrow,
according to the OneCall promise. 

Waterloo North Hydro is supposed to do their locate Friday, which
sucks a little and is my fault for not calling until this morning.
(Mind you, I think the power lines are all above ground, so this
should be a moot point.) 

I specified Wednesday as the start date for the Rogers
locate, so that should hopefully be done soon as well. 

Jason: Can you get this to whomever should see it at the University?
(Plant Ops? Ground Control?) 

The next thing to think about is stakes. We were thinking of using the
pressure-treated wood for stakes, but because we would be cutting that
wood to use it this may be a bad idea. So we may need to spend some
money.
