[Garden] Compost expense approved, $50 from Wal-Mart, Tuesday gardening

Dear Gardeners,

I forgot to mention via email that at our meeting two weeks ago we approved
spending $80 of our budget on the compost (it's written down in the meeting
minutes in the log book in the shed). So somebody (Candace/Jason?) should
pay for the compost and then submit the receipt to the WPIRG office for
reimbursement.

Also, at the Community Garden Fest this past weekend, the garden won a prize
of $50 in Wal-Mart money. I am currently holding the gift cards - perhaps
people can start thinking as to what we might want to spend this on, and
perhaps decide upon this at this week's meeting.

I am unfortunately not available either Wednesday or Thursday this week (and
besides, the current forecast is for some rain on those days).

So, I'm aiming to go to the garden after doing soil testing this Tuesday
(i.e. around 4-ish). Feel free to join me :D.
