[Garden] Wood chip woes, opinion please

There is a garden on Paulander that is interested in them.  They have a
truck and would be willing to pick them up if we don't want them.  I will
ask them to pick them up as soon as possible.

Gardeners,
                  The pile of now-rotting wood chips is both a burden 
and an eyesore. Grounds is asking about the chips. I propose that we let 
Grounds have/dispose of the remaining chips. Can I get consensus on this 
issue, before we get an ultimatum?
