[Garden] Garden scheduling for fall

I think the Thursday evening strategy did not work all that well
during the summer. We ended up scattering days and times that many of
us ended up gardening alone. 

This term I am committing to Sunday afternoons again (which have also
been very quiet). 

I imagine the other regular meeting time will again be Wednesdays, but
I will let Wednesday people confirm that.
