let's do monday at 7pm, feb. 23 in the WPIRG office. I'll aim to bring some snacks to share.

- When to hold the planting party (if we are having one). If we
advertise (via facebook/mailing list/posters) then this might be a
good way to get fresh meat for the garden (or, if you are
vegetarian, fresh tofu).

- Choosing some victims to do administrative-y stuff. I propose that
selecting two such victims to organize each project (e.g. two people
to follow the fence, two people to organize compost runs) might work
better than any number fewer or greater than two.

- Deciding when gardening days/times are going to be, and picking
(two?) Wal-martesque greeters to open the garden punctually with their
presence. These greeters can help ensure that fresh meats do not
show up, find nobody there and leave again.

- Finding foster parents for the seedlings we grow. Unfortunately, I
do not have enough light to offer this service. I hope not everybody
lives in dank basement apartments. Maybe I can be a foster parent
for mushrooms.

Them's my thoughts.

- Paul
