I have a Presto pressure canner from Canadian tire that I am very happy with. I think it was just over $100 (it was a gift so I'm not quite sure). A large canning pot and utensils can also be purchased at Canadian Tire fairly cheaply (<a href="http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/8/KitchenBath/KitchenStorage/CanisterSets/PRD~0422501P/7-jar%2BCanner.jsp">http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/8/KitchenBath/KitchenStorage/CanisterSets/PRD~0422501P/7-jar%2BCanner.jsp</a>).<br>
<br>I don't own a dehydrator but I did do some research a while back and I believe the Excalibur dehydrator was rated fairly high and is quite popular - <font size="2" face="Tahoma"><a href="http://www.everythingkitchens.com/excalibur.html"><strong>http://www.everythingkitchens.com/article-food-dehydrators.html</strong></a>. I'm not sure where to buy it though? Anyone else know?<br>
